🛍️ Standard Products
-Return Window: You can return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order.
-Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
-Process: Contact us at info@moldartdesign.com before returning any items to receive approval and return instructions.
-Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
-Refunds: Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

🎨 Custom Orders
-Non-Returnable: Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically to your wall dimensions and design.
-Exceptions: If your custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace the affected pieces at no additional cost.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
-Notification: If your order arrived with damage or missing pieces, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
-Required Information: Provide your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and measurements of any damaged parts (if applicable).
-Resolution: We'll do our best to ship replacements within 1 business day.

💳 Refund Processing
-Method: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
-Timeline: Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
